A Space to Land, Share, and Integrate
Have you had an expansive journey into altered states of consciousness and are now wondering how to bring those insights into your everyday life? Or perhaps you are still processing a challenging experience and need a grounded space to voice it?
Our monthly Integration Circle is an intimate, safe container designed for exactly this. It is a space where you don’t have to "translate" your experiences for the conventional world. Here, you are met with deep listening, shared wisdom, and systemic perspective.
What to expect?
A Safe Container: A non-judgmental, confidential environment where all experiences—the beautiful, the confusing, and the difficult—are welcome.
Being Witnessed: There is a unique healing power in being seen and heard by a community of like-minded peers who understand the psychedelic landscape.
Systemic Impulses: While this is not a therapy group, I provide gentle systemic impulses and grounding tools to help you weave your insights into your relationships, work, and self-image.
Community Connection: Realize that you are not alone in your journey of expansion and healing.
Who is this for?
This circle is open to everyone. Whether you are a current client of mine, have worked with me in the past, or are someone from the wider community looking for a safe space to share, you are welcome here.
It is a space for those who:
Have had a psychedelic experience (recent or past) and want to process it.
Are looking for a community of like-minded, conscious individuals.
Desire a safe, non-judgmental environment to be witnessed without needing to "explain away" their experience.
What we do?
Each month, we gather to share our stories and insights. My role is to hold the container and provide impulses—small shifts in perspective or grounding tools—that help you weave the "magic" of your journey into the "ordinary" of your daily life. We focus on listening, empathy, and the power of shared human experience.
Note: If we are less than 4 people, we will keep the call to an hour. If we are only German speaking people, we of course speak German ;)
